To be able to make you a price offer and then to develop your site we will need information about you and your business goals. To achieve this we will provide a questionnaire containing questions about the scope of your company, your idea about the design of the site and its functionality, structure and objectives. For every question we have added annotations for your convenience. If you have difficulties while filling in the questionare or there are some uncertainties you can always contact us for help and advice.
After we receive the first payment in the amount of 50% of the project valu and after we are supplied with all the materials we need to develop the project we start our work. We work consistently on every single point part of the specification and keep you informed about the completion of every phase of the project. Once your website is "alive" you will be able to see it's development on our test servers. During our work we will keep constant touch with you in order to discuss the development of the project and do any changes if required.

Based on the filled questionare we prepare a quatation, taking into account the current state of your site (or lack of it) and your business specs. We discuss the price offer with you and if necesserry we make changes in it. Once you approve our proposal we move forward to signing a contract.

According to our price offer we create detailed project specification which describes all parts of the project. This specification is part of the contract we sign and the contract can be considered completed only when all points of the project specification are finished. We sign a contract which includes not only the project specifications but all payment conditions and project deadlines.
After we finish our work you fill in a form that you agree with the work done on the project. You pay the remaining amount according to the contract and we publish the website online. If your website has a content management system we provide you with the necessarry credentials to access the syste, full user manual and of we provide an educational course to make sure that you are familiar with the system. We will als0 provie you with a back up copy of the website (along with all databases).
